April 2010 - ERS wins contract in Macedonia

The Central Register of the Republic of Macedonia is responsible for the registration processes associated with companies and other legal entities. This contract (through the Ministry of Economy) will involve the provision of a suite of comprehensive, fully integrated, e-solutions which will address the requirements of the One Stop Shop (Phase Two) Project. In particular, As a result, the Pension Fund, Health Fund and Employment Agency will be integrated to the existing One Stop Shop. ERS will lead the team (comprising our local partner Re-Aktiv DOO and Iris Business Services) in the provision of design, technical assistance, training and support services for the subsequent roll out, based on the following three components.

March 2010 - ERS wins a contract with Pensions Board

ERS secured a contract with the Pensions Board to provide it with an Integrated Data Management Solution (DMS). The Pensions Board is the statutory body which registers and regulates Pension schemes in Ireland. The DMS will assist the Board in fullfilling its registration, analysis, oversight and enforcement obligations and interoperate with other government agencies.

December 2009 - ERS opens up an offce in Koeln in Germany.

This office is part of ERS's continuing expansion strategy to provide better localised services to its clients. The office will be used to service its expanding client base in Germany. ERS is continuing this expansion by looking to open up a similar branch in Middle East.

November 2009 - ERS is awarded contract in Germany

ERS has secured a contract to develop and support the RegisSTAR system with its partner Siemens. RegisSTAR is the main application used by the Ministries of Justice in 12 Lander. The RegisSTAR application is responsible for all commercial registration activities in these twelve states.

October 2009 - ERS Participates in FP7 Governance Project Proposal

The proposal addresses challenges facing 'adaptable service / software engineering methods and tools', 'verification and validation', and 'open source software' at the domain level, technology convergence level, global factors and governance level. Domain knowledge is incorporated into the design, influenced by various factors, coupled with policy modeling in all phases of the service/software life cycle. The aim is to go beyond traditional software engineering and to adopt a new service software engineering integrative framework drawing upon knowledge/experience from a range of disciplines. The project will extrapolate its findings to vital domains such as e-government, pension-management, education, global health and t-governance.

July 2009 - ERS secures contract in the UAE

ERS has won a contract with the Ministry of Economy in the UAE to provide advice in the implementation of the Unified Commercial Registry Project.

June 2009 - ERS secures contract with the NBRM

ERS wins contract to implement a risk-based supervisory solution for the Commercial Banking Sector. This will assist the NBRM with on and off-site Supervision, Licensing, Regulation and the monitoring of Financial Stability (incorporating fully integrated documents and workflow management processes).

April 2009 - ERS partners with BizMeasures

ERS and BizMeasures contracted by the CRO (www.cro.ie) to deliver an XBRL Electronic Filing Solution. The system will enable Irish companies to file their accounts in compliance with Irish GAAP and IFRS Taxonomies.

March 2009 - ERS Secures contract in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan was the top reformer in 2007/8 according to the World Bank Doing Business Report. A one-stop-shop for Businesses opened in January 2008 and resulted in a halving of the time, cost and number of procedures required to start a business. Business Registrations increased by 40% in the first 6 months of the commencement of operations. ERS has now been tasked with assisting the Government of Azerbaijan as it strives to make further improvements to the Business Enabling Environment. The track record that ERS has secured in relation to the design and implementation of Registry solutions based on best practice internationally has been pivotal to its success in securing this contract.

February 2009 - ERS secures a contract with the Office of Tobacco Control (OTC)

ERS wins deal with Office of Tobacco Control (www.otc.ie) to implement a system to operate the National Register of Tobacco Retailers. The register will come into force on July 1st 2009 and all retailers who sell or intend to sell tobacco products will have to apply for registration. The system will provide for online and paper based applications and will also interface with HSE (www.hse.ie) systems to support environment health officers in carrying out inspections.

January 2009 - ERS secures its second contract with the Companies House, UK.

Under the terms of this contract, ERS will extend the range of servces provided by Companies House to the European Business Register (www.ebr.org).

December 2008 - ERS opens up a new office in Guernsey

ERS has opened up a new office in Guernsey to service its clients in the Channel Islands. This office will provide mirror services similar to those services provided by the main office in Dublin, Ireland.

August 2008 - ERS secures a contract with the Ministry of Justice of Nordrhein-Wesfalen in Germany

Under the terms of this contract, ERS will integrate the commercial courts to the EBR Branch Disclosure Service (BDS).

June 2008 - ERS secures a 3 year contract with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) in Dublin

Under the terms of this contract, ERS will act as the Systems Development Partner for the CRO.

Oct 2007 - ERS secures contract with the Department of Commerce and Employment, States of Guernsey

ERS has secured a contract with the Government of Guernsey to design, develop, install and maintain a new fully electronic Company Registration solution. ERS will also provide training and support services to the Guernsey Registry for a period of 5 years. This Registry when implemented will be one of the most advanced Business Registry's in the world.

August 2007 - ERS secures a contract with Companies House, UK

ERS has secured a contract with Companies House, UK to integrate UK company data to the EBR. Companies House, UK is the statuory body charged with the administration of companies in the United Kingdom. Companies House, UK is one the largest centralised registration authorities in the world.

July 2007 - ERS secures a contract with the Central Register of the Republic of Macedonia

ERS has secured a contract with Macedonian company, Reactiv to deliver the first step of an integrated programme for the electronic submission of Annual Accounts to the Central Register.

July 2007 - ERS secures a contract from the World Bank

ERS will undertake a review of the Business Registration Process in Armenia with the World Bank.

Mar 2007 - ERS secures 2 year contract with the European Business Register

The European Business Register is a network of 18 business registers kept by the registration authorities in most European countries. EBR makes it possible for everybody to obtain comparable, official company information directly from its member Registries. Under this contract, ERS will be responsible run the EBR service from Dublin and provide both Technical Management and Software Development services to the network.

Feb 2007 - ERS Implements CRNI eFiling Solution

ERS has just completed the implementation of an Electronic Filing solution on behalf of the Companies Registry Northern Ireland (CRNI). This marks an important milestone in the CRNI transformation project to modernise its operation, organisation and delivery within an e-Registry environment.

Mar 2006 - ERS Participates in "BRITE" Consortium

Oct 2005 - ERS Secures Contract with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA)

Oct 2005 - ERS Presentation in Sofia, Bulgaria 7th & 8th November 2005

ERS will make a presentation to members of the Bulgarian Parliament in Sofia on the 7th of Novermber 2005. The presentation entitled "Obliterate, Don't Recreate; Lessons from European Company Registries" will provide insights into current best practice internationally.
