Susan Bowman
Head Enterprise Registry Solutions Ltd (ERS)
Susan Bowman was appointed the Head of Enterprise Registry Solutions Ltd (ERS) in July 2022. As the Head of ERS, Susan is responsible for the leadership and management of ISC’s Technology Solutions segment conducting business under the ERS brand. Susan provides technical leadership at the enterprise level and serves an integral role in operations and business development in the provision of registry and registry related software solutions to clients across the globe.
Before joining ERS, Susan served as the Director of Digital Transformation, and MD and Site Lead for Information Services in Dublin for LeasePlan. Prior to that position, Susan spent 12 years working for Dell in a variety of Manager and Director positions.
Ms. Bowman holds a Bachelor of Economics & Politics degree from the University College Dublin as well as diplomas in Business Studies & IT, Java Programming, and an advanced diploma in Project Management. She also holds a Chartered Director Designation, having achieved certification through the Institute of Directors (Ireland).
Finnian McKeon
Head of Solution Delivery
Finn has been providing consulting and project management advice within the Corporate Registries industry for over 15 years with ERS. He has extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex multi-discipline corporate registry systems with industries ranging from aviation to charities. Finn is responsible for designing and developing some of the key applications within ERS. His technical background helps clients bridge the gap between project management and the information technology team to ensure successful delivery of the project.
Mr. McKeon holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree, in Computer Science from the Technological University Dublin together with a Master of Science degree in Distributed and Mobile Computing from the Technological University Dublin.
Linda Harte
Service Delivery Manager
Linda has been with ERS since 2019 and manages the delivery of services to ERS’s corporate registry customers. In her time with ERS she has gained extensive experience and knowledge of corporate registry systems and their application across a range of industries from aviation to charities. She has over 20 years’ experience delivering and managing software solutions and services. Prior to joining ERS she held various management roles in software companies delivering software solutions to the banking and insurance sectors.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Applied Computing from the Waterford Institute of Technology and holds certifications in (PMP) Project Management Professional and ITIL Service Management.
Conor Cunningham
Head of Product
Conor Cunningham is the Head of Product at ERS, joining in May 2023. With over 10 years of experience in building B2B and B2C solutions, Conor has an extensive background in product management, product design, and data analytics. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the solutions we build at ERS, ensuring we deliver scalable solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Prior to joining ERS, Conor served as the Product Director at Therapie Clinic, defining and executing an evolving B2C and B2B product strategy for Europe’s fastest-growing Med Spa chains. Prior to that, he held a number of senior product positions including Head of Product at Smartbox, a leading European experiential gifting business.
Conor holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Product Management, a Bachelor of the Arts in Sociology and Classical Studies, and a Diploma in Computing Applications.
Chris Sutton
Quality Assurance Manager
Chris joined ERS in November 2015 and currently holds the position of Quality Assurance Manager leading the Quality Assurance department since April 2021.
He has extensive knowledge of multiple registry domains, specifically corporate and aviation. Chris has managed the Quality Assurance team through multiple successful project implementations while working closely with clients to fulfill their varying needs.
Chris holds a degree in Computer Systems Management received from the South East Technological University (SETU) as well as being fully trained and certified by the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB).
Tadhg Ó Conghaile
Manager, Development
Tadhg Ó Conghaile has been with ERS for over 20 years and today occupies the role of Manager, Development.
He has seen the company evolve over the years from a small consultancy firm to a global market leader in registry software. Tadhg has been instrumental in the development and implementation of registry systems for numerous client projects. With ERS, he has built up extensive experience in the corporate, charities and aviation sectors. His commitment to continuous improvement and extensive registry knowledge help solve our clients’ needs and keeps ERS on the forefront of this technology sector.
Prior to working with ERS, Tadhg spent several years running his own consultancy company, lending his expertise to developing enterprise level systems in the financial, services and telecommunications sectors.
Tadhg obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance and Information Technology (IT) from the University of Galway. He also completed a Master’s degree in IT from the same institution.
Nick Polyderopoulos
Principal Developer
Nick is the Principal Developer for ERS responsible for ensuring high development standards and best practices. Since joining ERS in 2018, Nick has led several initiatives within the company including re-architecting RegSys as well as creating new products such as our software-as-a-service version and our aviation regulatory product, MySRS.
His expertise encompasses registry domains, application architecture, deployment, and code quality management. Nick has also played a pivotal role in guiding teams for product implementation in both corporate and aviation registry domains.
Educated at the Technological Education Institute of Thessaly, Nick holds a degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications.
Paul Martins
Applications Architect
Paul joined the ERS team in January 2023 as an accomplished Software Architect and Engineer.
He has a comprehensive background in the entire software development lifecycle, with a speciality in solution design and distributed architectures. Paul’s leadership abilities in guiding teams have consistently resulted in the delivery of quality solutions for customers in intricate domains. His demonstrated track record of completing projects on time and within budget, ensures that ERS customers’ expectations are surpassed.
Paul graduated with a Master of Science degree in Computing from the Dundalk Institute of Technology in 2005.

We successfully completed an audit by third-party firm BSI Group Canada Inc. to verify that it meets all requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
